Departure Point:

Tour departs from 865 Beach Street in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf. Hotel pick-ups are also available. Passengers should meet at this address 15 minutes prior to departure.

City Departure Times:

9:00 AM, 11:40 AM and 2:00 PM.

Motorcoach Tour Hotel Pickup:

Hotel pick-up from 8:20-8:45 AM

Hotel pickup from 10:15-10:40 AM

Bay Cruise Departure times:

Frequent Departures Starting at 10:00 AM - Boats leave PIER 43 1/2 - No reservations required. Bay Cruise Ticket good for 3 months.

Red and White Fleet DOES NOT offer reservations for specific cruise times. Voucher is not good for Special Event Cruises: Fourth of July, New Years Fireworks and Fleet Week.

This tour must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received withing 12- 24 hours subject to availability.

Recommended for all tours in San Francisco: Comfortable shoes and a extra layer of warm clothing.

Weather permitting. If seasonal fog obscures the view, tour route may be altered.

Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.

Tower Tours assumes no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, bad conditions of the road and other conditions beyond control, in addition to insufficient numbers.

Buses are air conditioned and the size of the bus depends on the number of passengers booked for that particular day. Tower Tours reserves the right to change the size of the bus to meet the proper carrying out of tours.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a $10.00 per person administration fee. No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%. Some specific tours and activities have a higher cancellation fee due to the limited space available.
